An intimate 3-month group coaching experience for women who feel deeply called to use their voices, stories, and lived experiences to create meaningful impact in the world.

This program was created for women who know in their hearts that their experiences were meant to help other people heal, grow, reflect, transform, and feel less alone.

Although women make up the majority of many industries, women still remain underrepresented on stages across the speaking industry. Studies have shown that women make up only about 30% to 35% of professional speakers and conference presenters, with women of color represented at even lower rates.

This experience was created to help change that.

Inside this program, you will learn how to transform your lived experiences into a compelling keynote while developing your voice, message, delivery, audience connection, and speaking strategy in a supportive and intentional environment.

You will not only build a keynote. You will also be given foundational tools, trainings, templates, and resources to help you begin building and organizing your speaking business.

Only 12 women will be accepted into this cohort.

  • Clarify who you serve, your target market, speaking goals, and keynote framework.

  • Identify the story you feel called to share and structure the emotional journey of your keynote.

  • Review story framework, develop supporting vignette stories, identify interactive activities and exercises that support different parts of the keynote framework, and choose the keynote format and structure that best fits your message.

  • Learn how to write your keynote while integrating audience engagement techniques.

  • Review and refine your keynote in detail with personalized coaching and feedback.

  • Practice your introduction and first keynote section with live delivery coaching.

  • Practice additional keynote sections while strengthening audience connection and transitions.

  • Deliver your keynote with slides, notes, and final performance coaching.

COMMON QUESTIONS

  • You do not need to have your keynote fully figured out before joining. This program is designed to help you identify your message, structure your story, build your framework, and develop a keynote aligned with your lived experiences and the impact you want to create.

  • Yes. This experience includes live hot seat coaching, keynote refinement, rehearsal feedback, and optional office hours throughout the program. Participants learn both through direct coaching and through observing and learning from others in the group.

  • That is completely normal. This program was designed to help women grow their confidence, strengthen their delivery, and learn how to share their stories with structure, purpose, and emotional safety. You will be supported throughout the process.

INVESTMENT

$3,500

This is an intimate coaching experience intentionally limited to only 12 women so each participant can receive meaningful support, live coaching, keynote refinement, and feedback throughout the program.

Because of the depth of this work and the hands-on nature of the coaching, enrollment will close once all 12 spots are filled.
